Usually very satisfied with this place, but customer service is slipping. Asked for egg, but refused it because not on the menu and couldn’t charge me more.

Extremely very bad customer service, order to go and my order was wrong and have to go back from house to the restaurant again, because my order was missing items, the guy is there he act Extremely rude and condescending. I will never order or eat there, because the service is extremely poorly. I will tell family and friends never go eat there or order to go.

The flavor was there. The food was cold and I picked it up 5 minutes before I was supposed to. It seems as though it was made shortly after I made the order despite the fact that I made it for a little later in the day.

Got two sandwiches, asked for less pork on one because I don't like too much meat and it was perfect. Absolutely delicious, other reviewers were right about the bread being perfect

Consistently excellent Vietnamese food by what appears to a female-owned and operated business. Their pho broth is warm and deep with a very generous bounty of meats. It's our go-to spot for pho in Burien.
